1.2. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”.

1.3. By using the Mobile Application or the Website, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Policy and consents to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data in the manner prescribed by this Policy.
